John Lucas

John grew up playing indoor volleyball in Cincinnati, Ohio. He went on to playing collegiately at Lees-McRae where he was a middle blocker. John then transitioned to coaching indoor collegiately at William & Mary for one year. He then became the assistant at College of Charleston where he coached for 3 seasons before becoming the assistant coach at Clemson University. After one season of coaching at Clemson, John and Brittany got married and moved to Wilmington where John decided to begin a full-time career of working to grow the juniors beach volleyball scene in Wilmington, NC.
Brittany Lucas

Brittany's volleyball journey started in Hendersonville, NC. She then was recruited as a middle blocker and had a standout career at Clemson University. Brittany assisted at UNCW for their indoor program for two years and was part of their beach program's coaching staff during their inaugural season. Brittany's career in pharmaceutical sales took her to Charleston, SC where she met John. Brittany and John both share a passion for volleyball both personally and professionally. They are excited to influence the next generation of athletes and continue to have beach volleyball be a big part of their lives.
